In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "xb786" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at xb786.app, including all casino games, sportsbook markets, promotional systems, and associated digital services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the xb786 platform, which is associated with a unique username, mobile number, and PKR wallet.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held within a Player's xb786 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any funds credited to a Player's Account as a result of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer, cashback programme, or any other incentive scheme operated by xb786.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by xb786 under its international gaming licence obligations, including submission of government-issued identity documentation and proof of address.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action listed in Section 10 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and exploitation of software errors.
• "VIP Programme" refers to the xb786 loyalty tier system (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) under which Players accumulate loyalty points and receive tier-specific benefits as described on the xb786 platform.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any section include all sub-sections thereof. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the xb786 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the xb786 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the xb786 platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on that party's behalf and that the third party is fully aware of and bound by these Terms. xb786 does not recognise third-party account operation and maintains a strict one-account-per-individual policy.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the xb786 platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Providing false information regarding your age during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one (1) xb786 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. xb786 employs technical and manual detection measures for duplicate accounts. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, xb786 reserves the right to close all such Accounts and forfeit all associated balances.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. xb786 will not be responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player.

3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xb786 Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. xb786 staff will never ask for your password.

3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your xb786 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate suspension of the Account.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. xb786 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, at xb786's discretion, prior to granting access to certain platform features. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifetime.

4.2 Required Documentation. Standard KYC documentation required by xb786 includes: (a) a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC); and (b) recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the last three months). xb786 may request additional documents including, but not limited to, proof of payment method ownership and source of funds documentation.

4.3 Verification Timeframes. xb786 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 72 business hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. xb786 will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from legitimate verification delays.

4.4 Refusal and Non-Compliance. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by xb786, or where submitted documentation is found to be fraudulent or inadequate, xb786 reserves the right to restrict or permanently close the Account and retain any funds pending regulatory investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. xb786 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency methods (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH). Available payment methods may change over time without prior notice. All PKR deposits are credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupees with no conversion fee applied by xb786.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and PKR 500 for bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are subject to network-specific minimums as displayed at the time of deposit.

5.3 Deposit Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your xb786 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any criminal or fraudulent activity. xb786 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under its gaming licence.

5.4 Declined Deposits. xb786 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, including where the transaction triggers AML monitoring systems or where the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed from verified xb786 Accounts where KYC documentation has been accepted. Real-money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to xb786's withdrawal routing policies. Where this is not operationally possible, xb786 will coordinate an alternative withdrawal method with the Player via the support team.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Gold VIP tier and above accounts may receive expedited processing. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. xb786 is not liable for banking delays beyond its control.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed within the xb786 Account withdrawal section and may be amended from time to time. VIP tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as specified by the xb786 VIP programme terms.

6.5 Withdrawal Review. xb786 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML reviews before processing any withdrawal. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. Players will be notified of any documentation required to facilitate review completion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by xb786 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where any conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to an xb786 Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they, and any winnings generated from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions are specified within each promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. xb786 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, systematically placing bets that qualify for wagering but pose minimal mathematical risk, or any other conduct that xb786 determines to be designed to exploit promotional mechanics rather than engage with the platform genuinely.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free spins are subject to expiry dates specified within each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. xb786 is not obligated to reinstate expired promotional credits under any circumstances.

7.5 Eligibility Restrictions. Certain promotions may be restricted to specific player segments, geographic locations, payment methods, or VIP tiers. xb786 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

8.1 Game Rules. Each casino game available on the xb786 platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay mechanics and payouts.

8.2 RNG Certification. All xb786 Random Number Generator (RNG) based games use software that has been independently certified for fairness and randomness by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, both of which carry their own independent RNG and studio operation certifications.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, server disconnection, or any other technical failure that affects the outcome of a game session, xb786 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Account. Where a technical malfunction has resulted in an erroneous payout (whether higher or lower than the correct amount), xb786 reserves the right to correct the payout after the fact.

8.4 Responsible Play. Players are encouraged to set session limits, stake limits, and loss limits within their xb786 Account settings. xb786 reserves the right to impose limits on any Account where problem gambling indicators are detected, in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on the xb786 platform are subject to acceptance by xb786 at its sole discretion. xb786 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market without prior notice or explanation.

9.2 Odds. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds shown on the confirmation screen at the time of bet placement are the odds that shall apply to the settled bet. xb786 offers both fixed odds and, where specified, starting-price odds for certain markets.

9.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by xb786 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment after insufficient play, obvious pricing errors, match-fixing investigations affecting the relevant event, or where the relevant sports governing body declares a result void for any reason. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's Balance.

9.4 Cricket Betting. For PSL, international cricket, and all other cricket markets offered on xb786, settlement will be based on official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or equivalent governing body). In-play markets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the relevant ball or over is completed, subject to official results.

9.5 Live Betting. In-play betting decisions at xb786 are made by the Player in real time. xb786 accepts no responsibility for any delay between the live event and the xb786 platform's data feed. Players should be aware that a brief transmission delay exists between the real-world event and the displayed live betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xb786 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of erroneous payouts, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise automate any function on the xb786 platform.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, particularly in relation to live poker, blackjack, or any other game where multi-player interaction occurs.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to make deposits. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as the xb786 Account holder.
• Opening more than one xb786 Account, whether personally or through a third party, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the xb786 platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Providing false identity information, age, or documentation during registration or KYC verification.

12.1 Suspension by xb786. xb786 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; a KYC or AML investigation is pending; or where regulatory or law enforcement agencies have so directed.

12.2 Closure by Player. Players may close their xb786 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

12.3 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is closed by xb786 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits not yet wagered may, at xb786's sole discretion, be returned to the Player less any administrative processing costs, unless the deposit itself was fraudulent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xb786 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the xb786 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

xb786's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xb786 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. xb786 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally feasible.

All content on the xb786 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of xb786 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xb786 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xb786 platform content without explicit written authorisation from xb786.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted to xb786 is governed by the xb786 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the xb786 Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy.

xb786 collects personal data including but not limited to: identity information provided during registration and KYC; transaction data related to deposits and withdrawals; device and technical data; and gameplay and betting history. This data is processed for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under xb786's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved informally by contacting xb786 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to first contact xb786 customer support and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for xb786 to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. xb786 will respond to formal complaints in writing within 14 business days of receipt.

xb786 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or account eligibility criteria — xb786 will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice to registered Players via email or platform notification.

Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required by regulatory changes) may be implemented immediately without advance notice. Continued use of the xb786 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
